Weekly travel pass
The weekly pass allows the use of an unlimited number of trips from Monday to Sunday, limited to the week of validation. It must be accompanied by the identification card, the number and week of validity of the pass must be displayed on the subscription by the resale.
This travel document cannot be issued to students, except for university students who are granted the right to choose whether to use the tariff system provided for students or the ordinary one (as for workers). Weekly passes are issued upon presentation of the personal ID card and must be validated at the time of the first trip.

Monthly travel pass – students and regular
The monthly pass allows the use of an unlimited number of trips from the first to the last day of the validation month, without limitations on days and times. It must be accompanied by the identification card, the number and month of validity of which must be shown on the subscription by the resale. This travel document can be issued to students and workers.
The ordinary weekly pass can be purchased:
- at authorized resellers
- at the ticket office of the station in via Solferino in Brescia;
Monthly student pass
The monthly pass allows the use of an unlimited number of trips from the first to the last day of the validation month, without limitations of days and times. It must be accompanied by an identification card, the number and month of validity of which must be shown on the subscription by the resale.
This travel document can be issued to students. In the months of September, December and June it is released at a discounted rate.
The ordinary weekly pass can be purchased:

- at the ticket office of the station in via Solferino in Brescia;
- via App Arriva My Pay.
One-year travel pass
The annual subscription allows the use of an unlimited number of trips, without limitations of days and times with the following validity:

Yearly student pass
The annual student pass is valid from 1st September to 31st August. As for the weekly and monthly passes, it is personal and non-transferable, it gives the right to make an unlimited number of trips without time limitations and allows you to get on or off at the intermediate stops of the route for which it was issued.
This document is made in the form of a personalized smart card.

Integrated Travel Passes
Regular integrated travel pass
For routes having origin or destination in the city of Brescia, the ordinary pass is integrated, weekly (only for workers) or monthly, valid on the chosen extra-urban route, on urban services and the subway of the capital. It must be accompanied by the identification card, the number and month of validity of which must be shown on the subscription by the resale and the integration coupon to be validated on urban services.
The ordinary weekly pass can be purchased:

- via App Arriva My Pay.
Ordinary integrated monthly pass
For routes having origin or destination in the city of Brescia, the monthly pass is of the integrated type, valid on the selected extra-urban route, on urban services and the subway of the capital.
The ordinary integrated monthly pass must be accompanied by the identification card, the number and month of validity of which must be shown on the subscription by the resale and the integration coupon to be validated on urban services.
This travel document can be issued to workers.

The season ticket is made in a single medium, to be shown on suburban buses, validated on urban buses and at subway access gates.
It must be accompanied by an identification card, the number and month of validity of which must be shown on the subscription by the resale.

Frequently Asked Questions
How can I get the subscription refund?
The refund of the subscription is recognized as long as the residual validity of the title is greater than half of the total:
upon request by the user, using the Subscription Refund Form, to be presented at the company counter in Brescia via Cassala 11, returning the travel document at the same time;
- for the annual subscription, to the extent of 90% of the amount relating to the entire months following the one in which it is returned;
- for the monthly subscription, 90% of the amount corresponding to the full days following the one in which it is returned.
In the case of a subscription loaded on the Arriva MyPay app, the refund request can be made via the Contact form by entering the following data in the message:
Name and Surname of the subscription holder – Email – Card number – Type of subscription – Beginning and end of validity of the subscription.
How can I request a duplicate subscription?
The duplicate pass is issued upon request by the user, using the Duplicate Subscription Form, to be presented at the ticket office of the station in via Solferino in Brescia, delivering at the same time the report of theft and loss issued by the carabinieri: for the annual pass, cost of reissuing the card: € 10.00; Please note that in the event of theft or loss of the identification card, a new one must be signed. Monthly and weekly passes are not subject to the issue of a duplicate of Brescia in Via Cassala 11.
Are the IVOP and IVOL tickets valid on Arriva vehicles?
Yes, the IVOP and IVOL passes are also valid on Arriva vehicles that perform public transport services, with the exception of vehicles that perform tourist services (eg Sea Line) for which it is necessary to have a special travel document valid for the specific path.
Can I purchase travel tickets and season tickets by paying by credit card or debit card?
At the Brescia counter and ticket office and via the Arriva my Pay App, you can purchase all available travel tickets by paying by credit card or debit card. The retailers of Arriva travel tickets are not obliged to accept payment via pos.
How is the subscription checked on the device?
The season ticket must be shown to the driver when boarding the bus and in case of verification by the controllers. The subscription can be found in the Arriva MyPay application -> your titles -> by clicking on your subscription.
Can I receive a tax receipt following the purchase of the subscription?
The paper travel document fulfills the obligation of issuing the tax receipt for this reason the company does not issue any further tax documentation. In the case of purchased travel tickets, however, it is possible to download the summary of the tickets purchased.
